Working principle:Liquid level sensorIt is mainly composed of a magnetic spring switch and a floating ball. The floating ball contains magnetic material, and one or more magnetic spring switches are installed in a closed non-magnetic metal or plastic tube. Then, the conduit is passed through one or more floating balls with magnetic material, and a fixed double ring is used to control the floating ball and the magnetic spring switch in the relevant position. The floating ball rises or falls with the liquid, and the magnet inside the ball is used to attract the contact point at the beginning of the magnetic spring, generating an open and close action, and performing liquid level control or indication (when the floating ball approaches the magnetic spring switch, it is conductive; when it leaves, the switch is disconnected). |
